A standard olympic bar wighs 45 lbs ( intruth 44.2lbs as all olympic bars are meassured in kilograms and the weight is 20 kg).
The bar is about 8 ft long.
If you say you can bench 150lbs then you include the bar in that number.
Hope this helps

The same question was asked of the Greeks, Romans and the European monarchies.

Which do you want, money or arable land?

The environment can be saved if we all went back to an agrarian-based civilization, but the amount of people that would die would be staggering (disease, cancer, heart attacks...all would be 100% fatal almost immediately since there would be no hospitals).

The job factor is important to continue to grow and survive as a civilization. Without jobs, there would be no growth in any area of business.

The fine line is there. We just need to straddle it by having environmental projects, green technology and consumer buy-in on the ideas. If we give people a choice, they'd go greener that they are now.

I always weigh myself in the morning, after I go to the bathroom, but before I eat/drink anything. I think you'll get the most consistent readings that way, since you've gone 12 hours without eating or drinking. I don't know the answer to your questions about why you would weigh less when your ring is tighter. BTW -- congrats on losing 50 lbs!

Overweight trucks, (80,000 semis) cause more road wear, tear and damage. But also, weight that is not distributed properly on each axle, can likewise cause damage. Trucks axle are limited to 34,000 per tandem. Heavier trucks can also be a safety issue due to longer stopping requirement. Weigh stations check both gross and axle weights.

Also, trucks must be registered with the federal DOT (Department OF Transportation)and display a DOT number on the side, along with an IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement) decal, proving you have paid taxes which the states divide among themselves for road maintenance. Trucks carrying hazardous material, over wide, over length are also checked for proper markings.

Some trucks have a "prepass". They are pre registered and have a transponder giving the weigh station all necessary information, and are allowed to bypass. That is what those things that look like camera's above the highway approaching a weigh station are.

So, you have three columns and want to add them together to get a total score... but you want to use the 100 once, 76, twice and 83 three times? Right?

So, say... 100 is in B2, 76 is in C2 and 83 is in D2... your formula would be

=B2+(2*C2)+(3*D2)

And for the average... you have used 6 values in total, so divide by 6...

=(B2+(2*C2)+(3*D2))/6

Ok.
