Top 10 Motivation Tips – Nutrition by Natalie
Massage feels great. Massage also relieves stress helps people recover from hard physical activity or injury and even reduce anxiety. Importantly massage helps people achieve weight loss goals when combined with an effective nutritional program.
Massage has a positive effect on muscle-building capabilities and fitness levels, which increases the capacity to lose weight. Healthy strong muscles burn calories and provide the freedom to participate in activities; more activities can help burn excess calories and improve overall fitness and well-being.
Massage has the following benefits that can directly influence losing weight:
1. Massage improves circulation and the supply of nutrition to the muscles. Massage increases the interchange of vital substances between the blood and tissue cells, which increases tissue metabolism. After muscles are exercised, vital nutrients must be supplied to them so that they can recover and rebuild themselves. Massage maximizes the supply of these nutrients and oxygen though increased blood flow, which helps the muscles to grow and burn more calories as a result.
2. Massage improves range of motion and flexibility. This allows for the ability to maintain maximum power and performance while active, and burn the maximum number of calories in the process. Improved range of motion and flexibility also reduces muscle soreness during periods of recovery and muscle repair. Having a wide range of motion and maximum muscle flexibility also reduces the danger of experiencing injuries during exercise which can severely limit activity, exercise and weight loss progress.
3. Massage helps to shorten the recovery time needed between workouts. Waste products such as lactic and carbonic acid build up in muscles during and after exercise. Increased circulation to these muscles helps to eliminate toxic debris buildup caused by these waste products and in doing so shorten recovery time. Shortened recovery time means participants can safely have more workouts over a given period of time, which in turn means that you have the opportunity to burn more total calories in an effort to achieve individual weight loss goals.
4. Massage can also help reduce the chance of you over-training. Massage has a relaxing effect on the muscles and a sedative effect on the nervous system. By helping rest, which is a very important element of any exercise program, massage can reduce the likelihood of over-training syndrome, which is known to limit the ability to build strong healthy muscles and therefore lose weight with maximum efficiency.
5. Massage directly aids in fat loss. Massage is thought to be able to burst the fat capsule in subcutaneous tissue so that the fat exudes and becomes absorbed. When combined with proper nutrition and exercise, massage actually assists in weight loss.
According to Maria Herrera, a Broward Country massage therapist for almost ten years, “Regular massage is just as important a component as regular workouts and correct nutrition in any comprehensive fitness and weight loss program, which is great news for those of us who thought that exercising and loosing weight was all hard work! Remember, weight loss is all about leading a balanced lifestyle and massage is an essential part of any balanced lifestyle. This is precisely why I’ve developed the Broward Weight Loss Massage.”
Currently Herrera is accepting reservations for August 2009 and beyond; July is Sold Out. The Broward Weight Loss Massage consists of two components during eight weeks: one weekly massage and a comprehensive nutritional weight loss program that includes vitamins, protein shakes, and other specific components to ensure that participants lose the maximum number of pounds during the two month program. The cost of the two month program is $1200 and a $420 non-refundable deposit is made via credit card at the time of booking the reservation (to purchase the nutritional products needed.) The balance, $780, is paid at the first session.
Herrera is losing her last fifteen pounds; she was excited to report, “The Broward Weight Loss Massage” has seen more than 1000 combined pounds lost over the first six months of 2009.” To reserve space in the eight-week Broward Weight Loss Massage program for August enrollment call 954-471-4592.

Help answer the question about nutritions weight loss
How do I get past a certain weight?I'm looking for a weight loss, nutrition or trainer to answer this. Also, despite the name on this account, I am in fact a woman. I've lost nearly 60 pounds and I'm proud of myself. But I am stuck at 150 and the scale will not budge. I've been at it for months. I've tried everything including cutting way back on calories. 150 is not an unhealthy weight for me, but I want to be thinner and in better shape than that. How can I get past this hump?

That depends on what type and how much. If you find yourself craving carbs alot of the time, you are not getting enough fat. Fat is natures appetite surpressant…. Many nuts and seeds, meat are all good sources of fat.
You can try to work at fitness centers like 24 or Baily. Work to be a personal trainer but I dont have a clue how much you get paid.
Weider's "Fat Burner" is a metabolism booster – there are many many other brands that produce very similar products. This product is a combination of:
Chromium Picolinate – which helps your body metabolize stored body fat.
Green Tea Extract – raises your body's metabolism and makes it less likely to store fat. (Though you could just stop drinking carbonated beverages and drink only Green Tea and get the same benifit – probably for less money.)
Caffeine and Kola Nut – again, this will raise your body's metabolism. Obviously you will want to take this first thing in the morning and not late at night otherwise you will not sleep well.
Cinnamon and Cayenne – a little extra spice I guess. I'm not convinced that either of these will really help that much. But the those who eat spicy food do have a higher metabolism and burn fat more easily (so I have heard.)
Like I said, there are many brands out there that offer similar combinations. So feel free to shop around and try other products too.
Ths is good if you don't overdo it. Especially apple cider vinegar which contains chemicals that are good for you. If you put a tbsp of apple cider vinegar & a tbsp honey in a glass of water stir it and drink it before each meal, not only does it help you eat less, it also help dissolves fat and cholesterol. Look it up. I tried it. Of course you need a balanced diet.
What like fat camp join me in with you girl.
where can we take the metabolic test?
well if your doing the same thing all those days then that's why, otherwise keep going and it will show results:]
If you are really looking for the best weight loss diet,
I suggest doing what this mom did and combining the Acai diet with a cleansing program for the best result

How to spot a whichdoctor: Somebody who claims to have the one solution that fits everybody! And I’m not just talking nutrition here!
Whenever somebody says “First we have to figure out what works for YOU” the’re on the right track!
I just ordered that book. I will try it.
i have a naturaly muscular build and im always having meat cravings. gess im a protine guy i think ill try that.
I love carbs but they;re bad for you if you eat a lot..
Definitely Kevin Trudeau's Natural Cures books. They are easy to read and are not like anything else out there. I will never look at nutrition the same again. After reading it, I've naturally migrated to a more healthy lifestyle simply because I'm a lot more informed on the facts.
I applied the things in the book, such as a great colon cleanse program: You can get a free trial at http://happy-colon.com. I feel a lot lighter and my body is able to absorb nutrition much easier now
Best wishes!
