You are brave to come out and discuss this topic with the rest of the world! I was in a similar situation 10 years back and I actually created a tool to help me overcome my addiction. It’s called eRehabCoach and is accessible all the time, supporting you between therapy session (it’s online). I used it in parallel with my therapy counselling and luckily, I made it out!

I’m so happy for you. This is the spirit. People need to realize that getting high keeps you happy for a couple hours. And then for the rest of your life? It sure doesn’t. STOP NOW. Learn from this girl. She is very well-spoken.
