I get lots of exercise, since one of my jobs involves me walking around the entire campus 3 times a week to clean off posterboards(fun&#8230;). Does anyone know of any healty meals I can make that don&#039;t cost a lot of money to get the ingredients for? BTW, I don&#039;t live close to a grocery store, so fruits and veggies are an occasional treat for me. I could get frozen stuff, but how healthy is it?<br />

Being me I went to make you a single ten minute video &#8230;  <H3>Help answer the question about nutritions weight loss</H3>Do you think advocating weight loss is healthy?<br />There&#039;s a massive campaign to encourage weight loss in obese individuals.  Health and nutrition advocates often encourage people to change diets or exersize in order to lose weight.  This has led to a variety of unhealthy dieting, fasting and weight loss surgery.  None of this has proven completely effective.  In fact, 90% of people who diet wind up back at the weight they started, sometimes heavier.  However, correlations between premature death and many health-related diseases have been found among obese individuals (although many argue that there are just as many health-related problems among those with alledgedly ideal weights, and that nutritionists do not appropriately consider the individuals lifestyle and exersize habits before pointing the finger at overweight).  What do you think?<br />
Maybe my question is unclear: What I mean is, why do we advocate WEIGHT LOSS per se, as opposed to simply healthy living/eating?  Do you think a person who is physically active and eats healthily is still at risk if they are not losing weight?<br />

Today&#8217;s world is vision focused representing the idea that to be beautiful you have to be thin, and this goes for both men and women alike. So, this puts many people in the world searching for the best weight loss program.  For many people the best weight loss plan will be one that allows them to lose weight in the shortest amount of time<span id="more-136"></span> possible.  </p>
<p>There are countless weight loss plans for a person to choose from all claiming to be the most effective, best weight loss program there is.  Not all of these will be the best weight loss plans.  There are many weight loss supplements, like weight loss pills, that have a variety of negative side effects.  Diet pills can cause nausea, loose stool, constipation, dry mouth, trembling, urinary tract infections and other urinary tract disorders, heart palpitations, and even headaches.  The best weight loss plan to look for is usually the ones that lead you down a more natural and healthier way of losing unwanted pounds.  Surgical intervention is also another quick weight loss method that is most certainly not for everyone.  Surgical procedures are usually not done unless a person is in the category of being morbidly obese.</p>
<p>Be judgmental and scrutinize the weight loss plan especially if there are weight loss supplements involved. Make a list of the pro and cons about the program and then make an informed decision. Please just do not jump into a weight loss program with checking out the product, the company, and the ingredients if a weight loss supplement is involved. You also must be fully committed to the weight loss program to succeed with weight loss.</p>
<p>Diets that concentrate on eating only particular types of food are usually a bad idea as well.  For instance, the Atkins diet completely cut carbohydrates out of a person&#8217;s daily nutrition.  This is a terrible thing to do.  You do not want to take any important nutritional supplement out of your diet; rather you will want to limit its intake if anything.  It is not a medical fact that being thin makes you healthy.  As a matter of fact, that is very far from the truth.  However, being obese is in general terrible for any person&#8217;s body.  The best weight loss plan should not put your health at risk in any way.  The best weight loss program should be the right balance of healthy foods and exercise.  A weight loss plan that brings in some sort of balance will surely let a person attain their ideal body mass index.</p>
<p>When finding the best weight loss plan, it is a great idea to seek medical consultation.  This should really be done before starting any diet plan to make sure that a particular weight loss plan suit&#8217;s the individual that is involved.  The best weight loss program will involve a diet that includes food with all the nutrients in the food pyramid.  The best weight loss plan will also involve the proper exercise and rest for your body to work properly.  When you body is working properly it will burn excess fats more efficiently and allow you to succeed with weight loss.</p>

As far as a normal day, my eating schedule is:<br />
Breakfast: Protein Shake with Fruit (mixed berries)<br />
Lunch: Chicken Salad or Quinoa/Tomato Wrap<br />
Green Tea<br />
Dinner: Turkey Burger or Chicken Burger with veggies..<br />
Every once in a while another protein shake.<br />

That&#8217;s okay! You won&#8217;t waste the 70 bucks either because once you get into them, you&#8217;ll be able to wear them for a long time.</p>
<p>Start by ramping up your work out. In the beginning of your weight loss plan, you probably found you lost the first pounds more quickly. That&#8217;s completely normal, but it can be frustrating when your body adjusts to your new regime. The good news is that because you&#8217;ve been working out, your body is quite ready for a push. If you were doing two miles in thirty minutes, push yourself a bit more to get another quarter mile in. If speed isn&#8217;t your game, extend the time. What&#8217;s ten minutes more a day? Raise the incline for five of those thirty minutes. These weight loss tips will not only help you lose those last five pounds, but they will put your body into peak condition.</p>
<p>Got fiber? Adding fiber to your diet could be one of the best weight loss tips out there. Fiber has been shown to aid in weight loss. Most Americans do not reach this goal. If you&#8217;re eating a diet that utilizes whole grains instead of refined carbohydrates, your chances of getting that full 25 grams are better. Also, fiber works best when it&#8217;s a good mix of insoluble and soluble fiber. Insoluble fiber is the stuff you&#8217;ll find in whole grains and roughage such as lettuce and celery. Soluble fiber is found in fruits such as apples and pears. A bowl of oatmeal contains both soluble and insoluble fiber. Kill two birds with one stone, so to speak! Fiber supplements that you can mix in with your coffee or tea in the morning are a great way to sneak in another 3 grams or so. Just don&#8217;t rely on those for all of your fiber or you&#8217;ll be missing out on some other important nutrients. And go slowly! Work your way up to 25 grams per day gradually. Too much fiber too fast will leave you feeling a bit bloated and gassy.</p>
<p>We all have a weak spot for something. Sweet, salty, greasy or whatever your poison may be, there are certain times that you are more susceptible to temptation. A little treat now and then is not what I&#8217;m talking about here. It&#8217;s okay to have a piece of chocolate, maybe even beneficial. What&#8217;s not okay is to have a box of chocolate in one evening. Nor a bag of potato chips. Think about the last time you blew it. What was going on in your life that day? Were you tired? Sad? Angry? Frustrated? Stressed out? If you&#8217;re a woman, was it PMS? Recognize this and redirect your emotion from food into something better. Now&#8217;s not the time to allow yourself the piece of chocolate. Your willpower is down and you&#8217;re likely to binge. Go for a walk. Call a friend. Meditate for five minutes. Turn on the music and dance&#8230; anything that will elevate your mood and help you through this rough spot without binging. Weight loss tips like this will not only help you achieve your goals, but they&#8217;ll help you deal with your emotions in a much better way than using instant gratification.</p>
<p>If you think you&#8217;ve already followed all the weight loss tips out there and are still having a tough time, re-examine your food intake throughout the week. You might be surprised at what you forget to calculate into your daily calories. A common mistake is the big lunchtime salad. You may think you&#8217;re eating far fewer calories than you actually are. Creamy dressings such as honey mustard can add a whopping 300 calories to that healthful salad. Add into that choosing breaded chicken over grilled and you may as well have had the cheeseburger. Taco salads can have tons of calories. Just because you sprinkled a handful of corn over the sour cream, seasoned beef and tortilla chips (that cover the iceberg lettuce on the bottom) doesn&#8217;t mean you&#8217;ve eaten a low-calorie lunch. Oh! If only it were that easy! Instead, go for the loaded veggie salad with a bit of grilled chicken, maybe a sprinkling of grated cheese and use a flavorful vinaigrette. Some vinaigrettes have as few as 40 calories per two tablespoons.</p>
