Rush Limbaugh Fox News Sunday (Part 2 of 3): Healthcare, Glenn Beck, Drug Rehab
In part 2 of 3 of Chris Wallace’s interview with Rush Limbaugh, he asked Rush about healthcare reform. Rush said that it’s an attempt by the government to steal 1/6 of the private sector economy and take control. Once they get control of healthcare, they will be able to make more decisions about how we run our lives. Rush does not think individual mandates, forcing Americans to purchase health insurance, is constitutional. Wallace also asks Rush about the success of Glenn Beck. Rush also discussed his efforts to buy an NFL franchise, the St. Louis Rams, and how the Obama campaign played a role. Wallace also asked him about his statement that going to drug rehab was the best thing that ever happened to him.

Not eveyrone can get medicare, and at the sametime cant afford the rise in insurance. This is families with 2-3 kids.

People I swear always rely on the government to give you something, buy health insurance and shut up. Have anyone realized that this coverage actually says you will be fined by the government if you dont buy insurance, it also states the government will have control of your money in the banks, REALLY this is a good policy and new bill that has passed. Whoever believes this is good is being played as a fool. Good Luck making it in life. Oh I forgot the government will be there for you.
@rtgoodson Just curious, how OLD are you? So you would rather continue as is? No controls over the insurance industry. Your rates can be raised at ANY time. Your coverage can be denied at any time. The current system SUCKS period. By the way, what are you thought on Social Security and Medicare? Many people love Medicare and think it works great, how about you?
@MagicBrandfas LOL! I’m not a millionaire and I can easily afford to pay my healthcare insurance, as well as, pay for the vast majority of my healthcare costs in cash. However, I, like the majority of America, can’t afford to pay major medical costs. Hence, that’s why I have insurance. We don’t need government telling us what to buy, or being involved in healthcare.

I disagree, I am not a millionare, or anything like that in the slightest, but his description of how being yourself will grant you true intimacy with friends is very true, and I can relate to that.
Not everyone is lazy…some people cant find jobs, some people get laid off, then what? They dont have income and therefore cant buy health insurance because they had it through their job! The economy is bad, people cant find jobs…it has nothing to do with laziness with every single American! These rich republicans have nothing to complain about cuz they are rich and have money, therefore affording health insurance. Its all about money now, not the good of the people…ITS SICK!

Should I petition the government to take care of my food (steak and lobster every day!), my shelter (at least 6 bedroom with an inground pool please Obama), and entertainment? How about having someone get off their lazy ass and getting health insurance or if they’re poor… don’t we already have Medicaid?? SCHIP? Medicare?
What is so SMART about government, who have never attributed to the success and the upper echelon of health care, controlling our health care? Ever been to a local health clinic? Crowded with illegal aliens, chaos in the office, and rationed care.. I can tell you, America doesn’t want it and it will be repealed. If you want someone else to pay for your so-called ‘deserved’ medical treatment, leave the US, migrate to Cuba. You subscribe to the Castro doctrine, not the US Constitution.
