Yea man I know. I was being sarcastic. So the US is spending billions on the war on drugs and the solution is just Rehab centers. Its retarded. Rehab isnt going to affect the drug business. And killing potential customs isnt helping anything neither. It only makes things harder to do business for themselfs.

I think the drug dealers were trying to send a message to their customers, saying “if you go to drug rehab, we’re going to kill you”.
