I can't tell you how long, but usually 2 lbs per week is considered a good rate. You might want to consider some additions. Cardio is good for the heart, but not so effective in burning calories. Try adding some weight building excercises. You can do as little as 8 minutes per day and burn more calories. Please, you will be converting fat into muscle. Secondly, if you aren't already, drink a big glass of water – about 16 oz. in no more than 10 minutes. This will increase your metabolism for 3-4 hours. If you are 210 now, you should drink about 105 oz of water each day. Your need will decrease as you reduce weight, so at 150 lbs, it should be about 75 oz. Best wishes!
