How To Lose Weight Fast and Easy

One popular alternative to liposuction is Radiofrequency Assisted Lipoplasty. This new medical procedure for treating fat and cellulite is a way for patients to see dramatic results in a relaxing way with no downtime.

Using a form of radio frequency to deliver volumetric heat without damaging the epidermis, the procedure works to melt both subcutaneous and unhealthy visceral fat (that even liposuction cannot treat), reduce cellulite, reshape problem areas, tighten skin and reduce wrinkles. There is no invasive surgery, painful needle injections, inflammation, scars and no downtime for recovery. Patients should not be surprised to see results of up to 3 inches in circumference loss and up to 10 pounds of weight loss in just 6 weeks.

RFAL produces results 560% faster than other forms of non-surgical treatment currently available. The world has waited a long time for an easier solution for unwanted fat reduction, and RFAL literally melts fat extremely quickly and without discomfort.

Good candidates are:

- People who have already tried diet and exercise but have problem areas of excess fat in specific areas, such as the hips, buttocks, thighs, inner knee, back, abdomen, upper arms, cheeks, jowls, chest, and waist.

- People who don\’t want to undergo invasive liposuction surgery

- People who have had a liposuction surgery and need maintenance

The treatment procedure is like thermal therapeutic massage which is very comfortable to the patient and operator.

During the treatment many people feel little or no sensation at all. Some people feel a tingling or warm sensation under the applicator or electrodes. This feeling usually decreases or disappears after a few hours as the person becomes used to the sensation. This sensation can vary depending upon the site being treated.

    Hi Oli,

You are definitely not fat but I can give you some great tips to losing weight easy and fast before school starts.

There is so much false information going around about weight loss. Some is decent advice but most of it is horrible(like starving yourself or other harmful things)

The most important thing for fat loss, is that your diet is as natural and unprocessed as possible. It almost always comes back to the over processing of food that makes it bad for you, and makes it totally destroy your metabolism and hormone balance in your body. For example, why eat refined grains, when you can eat whole grains. Why eat refined sugar, when you can get natural sources of sugar from a high nutrient whole food like fruit. Why eat highly processed, refined, and hydrogenated vegetable oils (these are THE worst thing in the modern diet), when you can eat natural sources of healthy fats like nuts, avocados, fish, eggs, coconut milk, organically raised meat, and so forth. The point is to not fall for some gimmick like low carbs, low fat, high protein, or any other combination that has you focusing on one macronutrient vs. another. Your body needs all macronutrients to thrive and obtain a variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. Trying to cut an entire food group out just works against what your body needs.

Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. Don't count calories, it will drive you crazy. Just stop eating when your satisfied. You will get to where you want to be. You really have to want it, I did, and I'm at my goal weight now. Please check out my blog, I think you will enjoy the information and my weight loss story. The link is below and best of luck hon.

Fast, yes! Easy, No! Have you ever heard of an easy way to lose weight that was healthy? there are a lot of easy ways to lose weight but i dont know of any that are even close to being healthy. i was 205 pounds about two years ago. it took me over a year to lose 25 lbs. but took me only 4 months to lose rest of the 45 lbs. i was getting married so had to do it fast but still did not want to do anything unhealthy because i DO want kids in the future and healthy ones at that. I joined a diet program in canada. its been a year since i've been married and have been eating completely normal foods, have no time to exercise but only put on 5lbs. since then due to my own negligence. a similar program is also available in new york. you can visit http://www.livelighteatright.com to get more info. so many of my family and friends are doing this diet and losing weight left and right. if you live in ny, nj area maybe its something of your use.

You need someone who is an expert to help you through this. If you work with your doctor you can get a neat program started with physical therapy and a nutritionist. They will tell you what your body can handle. This may not be the fastest way but you know you have a serious respiratory issue and you can not get around that. You also sound like you are out of shape. It takes a fair amount of time to get your body in shape. The more monitored exercise and diet information you get the better you will be able to function. Having asthma doesn't mean a life sentence of being over weight and physically unfit. We have olympic athletes who have this disease. So it isn't impossible. The more physically fit you are the better your asthma will be in control.

Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

  • You have to be st ricked when going on a diet, nut the best one is to eat a balanced meal every day, that is a protein breakfast, your main dinner must be moved to your lunch time and at night to have a very light dinner, like meat with veggies ( no fibers because when you mix your meat with fiber you gain weight because fiber takes very long to digest, that is why you eat fiber for lunch because if you are active " walking around" you burn the fiber very fast" and bring allot of water "2lt" a day, you'll see you'll feel much better everyday and have more energy.

  • If you are exercising and being careful about what you eat and are not losing weight, most likely it means that you don't need to lose weight.

Weight loss is an overall process and there are no magic answers. Pay no attention to weight loss supplements and pills and all the latest fads. You need to think about many factors but most of them are related to issues we've known about for a very long time. There are many sensible things you can do that will make a tremendous difference over the long term if you need to lose weight. It can be done in a healthy way. This is what has worked for me.

Keeping a food journal really does help. It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.

Make a few additional small changes – walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days. Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer. Buy one piece of exercise equipment to have at home and be strict with yourself about using it. Sometimes you can find mini-steppers or exercise bikes at second hand stores and thrift stores for just a few dollars.

Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can't get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one.

In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy.

Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate – in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don't. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies.

Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day.

Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.

Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body.

Vary your routines. Don't eat the same number of calories every day (vary your calories from 1400 a day to 1900 or 2000 some days), eat a variety of foods, and do different kinds and amounts of exercise. You will lose weight much more efficiently if you mix things up from time to time so that your body doesn't adjust to any one routine.

An area that many people overlook is getting enough sleep. You are much more likely to overeat or to binge eat if you are tired and not well rested, so get enough sleep.

believe it or not walking really does make a difference. I started walking in april and in three weeks I saw drastic improvements in my torso area and my thigh area. I live on a slight hill and I did still walk at a moderate/fast pace. Also, after and before workout I ate protein, i.e. cottage cheese and fruit, banana or peanut butter on bread or fruit. good luck. p.s. you must discipline yourself to not be tempted or at least not so much. I was not "disciplined" on Saturdays. That was my free day but I did have to respect moderation. Finally, try not to drink carbonated beverages or sugar filled beverages. I drink the diet Lipton green tea quite a bit. I really like it . Carbonated beverages made my stomach bloat really quickly.
