Help answer the question about nutritions weight loss
I'm off work next week & would like to attend a 1 wk intense weight loss camp/retreat during my time off. Helphello, I have to take next week off from work but I don't have any plans yet.
What I would love to do is attend a nutrition/weight loss/exercise camp or retreat that lasts one week. I've found some that last longer than a week but I need information on a short, 1-week camp/retreat. Does anyone know any place like this? Thanks.

What you should weigh, not just by your height but by your build as well. Most sites are not realistic when it comes to that they assume how much people should weigh just by their height. Someone who has a large build and is 5'9 shouldn't weigh as little as a person with a small build who is 5'9 and vis versa. It should be based on height and body build as well as muscle mass. That would be the main thing I'd like to do especially as an improvement to sites like thats.

i think the difference between Community Nutrition, Food Product Development, and Nutrition and Exercise are that
Community Nutrition sounds more political – providing adequate nutrition to the people (maybe working with the FDA or agriculture or food corporations to make sure food is safe and is fortified with nutrients, etc.)
Food Product Development sounds more like chemistry and gastronomy, about how to actually create food products from raw materials
Nutrition and Exercise sounds like it is almost like biology and how food is used by the body . . . and it sounds like it's more about personal fitness and health

dieting is way too hard. its better to just eat well and work out and you could still lose fat. muscle really helps cover over fat too.

if you want to make sure you don’t ever get fat again, gain 50 lbs of muscle tissue. after that, you will even find it hard to eat enough to fulfill your daily calorie needs as i do. because muscle tissue consumes trmendous amounts of energy, the more muscular you are, the better will be your ability to lose fat without cardio and stay lean.
you are absolutely right, our bodies is our main powerhouse and will take in only what it needs and overeating regardless of what it is will cause weight gain ^.^ finnaly a video with great common sense

I agree with you. Exercise as a way to burn calories is hard compared to simply eating less.
My recent video experiment showed how hard it is to burn just 120 calories. I actually suspected something was wrong with my calorie counting watch.
Putting on muscle is a good approach that exercise can help with. Then you burn more calories even while you rest.
You look good for somebody who lost so much weight. I would expect saggy skin to be left over.

Poor nutrition is everywhere! If we are not eating the majority of our food raw, as in fruit and vegetables then, we are malnourished.
Enzymes is what is keeping us alive. You don't get enzymes from cooked food.
So, basically everything is a luxury except raw food.
We are the only species that cooks food.
